Born in Western Massachusetts, Chef Kevin Malone grew up bouncing around his rural hometown, eventually landing on the coast of Cape Cod. It wasn't until 2014, that he decided he wanted to move to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams of becoming a renowned chef.
Kevin brought his passion and ideas and applied them first to Mattei's Tavern in Los Olivos. From there he has had the opportunity to work under several great chefs such as Adam Perry Lang, Dominique Ansel, Josiah Citrin and more.
When Covid hit, Kevin lost is head chef position and shortly was approached by his former colleague, Matt McIvor to start a burger pop up.
With Kevin's expertise in the kitchen and ingredients, Proudly Serving is thriving.
